Fees & Tuition
To reserve a dancer’s spot in class, the $45 non-refundable registration fee, and the first month’s tuition payment is due at enrollment. Tuition covers classes for the academic school year, September 2024 through Spring Showcase 2025.

Annual $45 non-refundable registration fee is due with first month’s tuition at registration to secure each dancer's position in class.

MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS
If paying tuition in monthly installments, student’s first month’s tuition must also be paid with registration fee at the time of registration to secure dancer’s spot in class. All remaining payments are due by the 5th of each month. A $30 late fee will be charged if not received by the 5th. Registrations received after September will include the $45 non-refundable registration fee and the full current month’s tuition.
Any student that discontinues taking classes before December 21st is required to pay the remaining tuition through December; any student that discontinues taking classes after January 5th is required to pay the remaining tuition through May in full. Emailed notification to dance@aspiretodance.com is required for any dancer choosing to discontinue taking classes.
There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR ANY STUDENTS THAT DISCONTINUE TAKING CLASSES AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
CLASS PASS: $190 for 10 classes
For adults (17+). No registration fee. Expires 1 year from purchase date. Non-transferable.
DROP-IN CLASSES: $25 per class
Available for purchase adults (17+). Make a one-time payment here.
PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
Please call us to inquire about tuition for private instruction.
Cancellations require a 24 hour notice to avoid being charged.
Additional Fees
COSTUME FEES
All students participating in the Spring Showcase will purchase their costume.
Costume payments should be received by December 7th to avoid additional fees.
First Costume per Family: $135
includes Spring Showcase download with purchase
Each Additional Costume per Family: $100
Late payments received between December 8-14, 2024 will add an additional $10 per costume.
Costumes payments not received by December 14, 2024 will result in a $25 additional fee.
*All students participating in the showcase will purchase their costume. NO REFUNDS ON COSTUMES. Students must have a $0 balance on account in order to receive costume.
CLASS ABSENCES
There are no refunds given for any students that discontinue taking classes after payment is received.
Any student that discontinues taking classes before December 21st is required to pay the remaining tuition through December in full; any student that discontinues taking classes after January 5th is required to pay the remaining tuition through May in full. Emailed notification to dance@aspiretodance.com is required for any dancer that withdrawals from classes.
Students with more than 4 unexcused absences between February and June, will be required at instructor discretion to attend private lessons, at standard fees, for each missed class in order to participate in the Spring Showcase.
Refunds are not provided for missed classes due to illness, snow days, etc; however, dancers may attend another class of a similar age/level as recommended by the owner as a make-up.
Tuition Payments
Tuition payments can be through your account in our registration software, Dance Studio Pro.
